From 27 to 31 August 2025, the summer school “Multimedia and Participatory Arts” will be held in Gorizia, European Capital of Culture 2025 together with Nova Gorica. A project created by Invasioni Creative with the organization of Corsia d’Emergenza APS in collaboration with In\Visible Cities Festival and the Municipality of Gorizia with the support of the Friuli-Venezia Giulia Region. The summer school will see the programming of various sessions including a Community Opera workshop with l’Albero Associazione and a masterclass with Agrupación Señor Serrano, already winners of the Silver Lion for Innovation at the Biennale Teatro of Venice

The objectives of the project:
- Stimulate the artistic and performative production of young artists by providing an unconventional artistic and creative reading key of stories, memories and interactions with the Public;
- Connect and network young participants with artistic/performative realities and local communities by promoting dynamics of sustainability and innovation;
- Offer an opportunity for high-level training for students and professionals related to art, performance and multimedia through a public call dedicated to under 35s. The school offers participants the opportunity to interact with established professionals at Italian and European level, to compare the approaches adopted in different countries with regard to participatory art, urban performances and the relationship between art and the productive world.
